Special Operations Groups

MOST BORDER PATROL SECTORS AND SOME STATIONS HAVE SPECIAL RESPONSE TEAMS. THEY ARE REFERRED TO AS SRT, ERT, SOG OR IN SAN DIEGO SECTOR'S CASE, REACT. AGENTS ASSIGNED TO THE UNITS WEAR A VARIETY OF TACTICAL UNIFORMS WITH CLOTH PATCHES AND BADGES IDENTIFYING THEM AS MEMBERS OF THE UNIT. SOME TEAMS HAVE DISTINCT PATCHES, BADGES, AND TABS/ROCKERS, BUT MANY JUST WEAR A SUBDUED BORDER PATROL SHOULDER PATCH AND BADGE PATCH.
